Although we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the design or need any modifications, we will work with you to make unlimited edits to your invitation until it meets your expectations.

How the Revision Process Works

Provide Clear Instructions: If you need any adjustments (text changes, minor design modifications, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible.
Revisions Are Free of Charge: We will revise the design according to your request and resend the updated file to your email.
Approval & Final Delivery: Once you confirm that you are satisfied with the design, the final files will be considered approved and completed.

Cases Where Refunds Cannot Be Issued

Change of Mind: Since we provide a digital product and a fully customized service, we cannot offer refunds for personal preference changes after purchase.
Wrong Information Provided: Please double-check all details before submitting your order. If you provided incorrect information (such as misspelled names, wrong dates, or incorrect event details), we will gladly edit the file for you, but a refund will not be issued.
Failure to Download or Print: We are not responsible for any issues related to downloading, printing, or using third-party printing services. If you experience technical issues, we will assist you in troubleshooting, but refunds are not possible.
